What Does a Typical Session Look Like?
Every session has three parts.
Warm-Up
Your coach runs a warm-up specific to the day's session. Not just a jog around the block. Targeted movements that get your joints and muscles ready for what's coming.
Skill or Strength
Focus on a specific lift or movement. Your coach demonstrates it, then watches you and makes corrections. This is where you actually get better, not just tired.
Workout of the Day
The main workout. It's different every day and your coach adjusts the weight, reps, or movements so it's right for you. Everyone finishes sweaty.

CrossFit Classes
An hour with a coach who knows your name. You warm up together, work on a skill or lift, then hit the workout of the day. The programming trains strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and more. Your coach corrects your form in real time and adjusts the load so it challenges you without burying you. And it's actually fun. That part matters more than most gyms want to admit.

Open Gym
Want extra time on the rower? Need to practise double-unders? Open Gym gives you the space, the equipment, and the freedom to work on whatever you want. Most members use it to supplement their coached sessions.
