CrossFit Kids & Teens

We run kids and teens sessions on Thursdays with extra coaching support. Limited slots available for both.

Kids (Age 7-11)

Thursdays at 4:00pm, term time only

Teens (12+)

1 session per week, Thursdays at 5:15pm

Dedicated 1-on-1 coaching tailored to your goals. Whether you want to perfect your Olympic lifting, build strength, or work around injury and mobility challenges. We programme specifically for you.
