What is this thing called functional fitness? To sum things up in a couple of sentences: Functional Fitness is teaching you how to move correctly in preparation for things that you do in everyday life. We get you strong using raw equipment and not flash cables and machines. We get you moving to full range of motion (like the caveman used too) we get you running, skipping, rowing, cycling, lifting, pushing, pressing, squatting swinging to mix up your movements and we vary these things as many ways as possible to keep your mind guessing and body challenged.
