How are we all finding the new format of the programming. Our aim is to avoid patterns or routine and programming is still 100% aimed at doing this. We hope people are enjoying the accessory work. I have been really wanting to see people get stronger in gymnastics and get stronger through accessory work as well as strength work. Due to all of the work that we have in these sessions we are only planning it on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. The current cycle will last 8 weeks.
