This week sees us step in to a new training cycle, where we will focus on the basics again and look at rebuilding those basic foundations and building on them. There will be some new movements and we should be disciplined to spend the time on moving better. Better and correct movement helps you to move better in everyday life, in training and can be a injury preventative,
