Those keen to have another crack at the CrossFit Open WOD can do so in the 6:30pm class or between 4 – 5pm this afternoon.

This week we are planning a deload week, where no one should be lifting over 60% of their max weights. The idea is to give your joints a break from the heavy loading and we will look at getting back into our strength work after Easter.

Strength and Technique

  • Choose one of the following movements: Power Snatch, Overhead Squat or Deadlift
  • Warm Up to 50% of your max (10 minutes)

then

  • 10 min EMOM (3 – 5 reps of the chosen movement @ no more then 50% with up to 20 double unders EMOM)

Workout of the Day

  • 8 x DB Push Press (suitable weight)
  • Hill Run
  • 8 x Burpee
