The last of the CrossFit Open workouts is released at 1pm today. Most people are guessing Thrusters, Burpees and Box Jumps. Who knows what Dave Castro will pull out of the hat for us this year ???

Today we say farewell to Frida, one of our long time members and 9:15am class regular. It’s been awesome having you with us while you’ve been in NZ! We wish you all the best for your journey back to Sweden, and hopefully you find somewhere back home to train 🙂

  • 1 x Power Clean, 1 x Hang Clean, 1 x Squat Clean
  • work up in the given period

Workout of the Day

  • Run 200m
  • 15 x KB Swing (suitable weight)
  • 20 x Sit Up

1 round every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (your score = slowest round)
