Good work to everyone who got in yesterday and worked on the Snatch, some really good lifts, and a lot of progress with the technique! Pictured is the 5pm class working through the On The Minute Snatch conditioning.

Today we will focus on our endurance, combining a relatively heavy Deadlift and some lighter movements we should aim to set a pace from the first few rounds and maintain it for the rest of the WoD.
