HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
Today we’ve got a ‘Chipper’ styled WOD, these generally take a while to set up as there’s a more than usual number of exercises. To speed up the process, please get your equipment ready for the WOD during the rest time of the strength 🙂 This workout should be a good chance to open up the lungs and try push to go unbroken on most exercises, it doesn’t have to be fast movement just try to keep moving!
