CROSSFIT PROGRAM

CrossFit is our focus and CrossFit is our programming. We are your local Premium CrossFit Affiliate and we are here to help anyone and absolutely everyone. Our trainers are very experienced and trained to assist with people from all walks of life.

Our focus is Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movements. Learn how to move better and push yourself under the guidance of an experienced CrossFit Trainer and Athlete. The purpose of our programming is to train all 10 physical elements of fitness: Cardio, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-Ordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. The goal of our training is to train anyone and everyone.

FASTFIT PROGRAM 

This program is offered three times per week, It is our express session, where you will go through a warm up and get the Workout of the Day done or a variation. You will have a quick cool down and be on your way within 30 minutes. The FastFIt session is great for all levels of fitness and a great way to start our style of training if you are restricted with time. TRIAL SESSION

If you are keen to give CrossFit a try then book in for a TRIAL session. If you enjoy the session and are keen to jump on to one of our ELEMENTS courses, then your trial is FREE. Simply book and pay for your ELEMENTS course and that first session is on us. If you feel that CrossFit is not for you then you only have to pay $20 for your session.

ELEMENTS COURSE 

This is our Beginner Course. It is 3 sessions over one week, learning the basic fundamentals of CrossFit. This is a requirement for personnel who have not done CrossFit training or been through a Elements / On Ramp course.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whatever your goals, we offer one on one Personal Training to help you achieve them. Sessions are tailored to suit with 30 minute and 60 minute slots available. Limited spaces are available working with either John Taurua (Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or Angela Theron (All elements of Personal Training). GROUP SESSIONS

CrossFit Hibiscus Coast also offer group training/team building sessions. Whether you are a work group, sports team, corporate team, stag/hens party or bunch of friends wanting something different. We offer group sessions that can be fitness orientated or team building orientated to suit. If this is an option that interests you then please contact the CrossFit Hibiscus Coast trainers to discuss. Prices vary with group sessions on the terms of your request and the amount of personnel involved.

DROP IN / ONE OFF SESSIONS

If you are a travelling CrossFitter or a local wanting a one off session, then these are offered for only $25. Get in touch, let us know you are coming and we will book you into one of our classes. Eftpos facilities available.
