A Normal Session at CrossFit Hibiscus Coast involves:

  • A thorough Warm Up to prepare you for the session
  • Some Mobility to prepare your Muscles and Joints for Strength and Conditioning
  • Strength or Skill Work
  • Conditoning (getting the heart rate up and working at high intensity to your capabilities)
  • Warm Down
